Sports Massage
Sports massage is a type of massage that is addressed to people who are involved in sports or gymnastics professionally or not.
This includes athletes or dancers to people who do sedentary work but exercise and want to maintain a healthy body.
It focuses on evaluating and dealing with the most common problems (usually in the upper or lower extremities) that arise from exercise as well as helping to maintain and prepare the body to perform to the maximum when needed.
The types of Sports Massage that have been established are:
Promotional (Pre event)
Post event,
Intercompetition
Therapeutic - Maintenance / Rehabilitation (Remedial Sports Massage)
Receiving massages before the sport or the race (Promotional) in combination with stretching, increases the blood circulation and the elasticity of the muscles, as a result of which the chances of injuries are reduced and our strength and endurance are increased. It also helps us to become more aware of our body and its condition in relation to the environment, which is very important for achieving maximum efficiency during exercise.
Massage after the race or exercise (Transcendental) helps the body to quickly return to its normal state, reduces the symptoms of pain or "grip" from excessive exercise, facilitates metabolism and cleanses the muscles of various muscle wastes.
In between a race, such as a marathon or decathlon, a very short massage (Intercompetition) can be offered to regain energy and endurance.
The Athletic Massage seminar focuses on the evaluation and treatment of the most common problems (usually in the upper or lower extremities) that arise from exercise.
"Sports massage offered in wellness areas (Spa), Gyms, Alternative Centers, etc. helps in the rehabilitation and maintenance of the athlete and avoids the creation of chronic problems that can arise from intense exercise"
Upon completion of this seminar, you will receive a Certificate (attendance certification) in Athletic Massage.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue massage is undoubtedly one of the most popular types of massage. In this tutorial you will learn effective Deep Tissue techniques, without straining your hands and body.
Deep Tissue Massage, contains special manipulations and massage techniques that relax and release myoperitoneal tissues of the body (muscles, tendons, connective tissue) returning them to their normal state. It is addressed to all tissues of the body, superficial and in depth.
In fact, there is no such strong line between relaxing massage and Deep Tissue. A relaxing massage can be made most beneficial by including some DT techniques where needed, and a DT should include relaxing movements for a sense of unification and completion.
In this tutorial we will learn Deep Tissue manipulations with the hands, forearms and elbows but without the use of the thumb. The thumb is the most useful tool for evaluating tissues but also the most vulnerable when we use it very often in our work.
Upon completion of this seminar, you will receive a Certificate in Deep Tissue Massage.
