Swedish (Classic) Massage
Swedish (classic) massage is the basis of almost all types of massage in the West. It is the best introduction to the field of massage as it contains all the techniques that are generally used in massage even in physiotherapy.
The seminar sections include all the preliminaries from the selection of oil and essential oils to pre-massage preparation exercises, taking a history client, the correct posture and movement of the body, the correct coverage of the recipient's body during a massage (draping), all the techniques of Swedish Massage all over the body with plenty of practice as well as tips on how you can start professionally in this area.
With the completion of this seminar and enough practice you will be able to offer a general relaxing massage of one hour all over the body. You will need further training in Anatomy and specialized techniques for someone who wants to work as a professional therapist.
